Meditation

Meditation is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety and improve your mental well-being. The practice involves focusing one's mind and eliminating distractions in order to achieve a state of mental clarity and relaxation. Iyengar

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, seated meditative practice. This type of yoga encourages relaxation, mindfulness and flexibility, with an emphasis on patience,  introspection, and inner peace. Poses are held longer to target the deep connective tissue.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a rhythmic flow synchronized with the movement of breath. The natural, fluid transitions between poses increase heart rate and builds strength. Vinyasa encourages stress reduction, improves overall cardiovascular health, and fosters a strong mind-body connecton.

Restorative Yoga involves holding comfortable, gentle comfortable stretches to relax tight areas. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system, the flow helps reduce anxiety, stress, and promote calmness. Restorative yoga supports natural healing and balances energy.

Breathwork (Pranayama)

Pranayama is the practice of controlled, directed breathing. By manipulating the pattern of inhalation, retention, and exhalation, each technique influences the flow of prana. Pranayama improves respiratory function and concentration and reduces stress.
